Water bills are mailed to each resident based upon the amount of water used each month. Payments are due by the last business day of the month. Payments may be mailed, brought to Town Hall or put into the drop box at Town Hall outside of business hours or paid on this website (go to the home page and see the Pay Bills tab).
The monthly flat water/sewer rate is $121.91 for up to 7,000 gallons of water.
To register as a candidate for Mayor / Police Judge or Board of Selectman, you must submit a nomination petition packet with the Town Hall.
December 31 - First day to pick up nomination petition packets and begin circulating for signatures (ten signatures are required which must be from people that live in the Ward you are seeking to represent)
January 18 - Last day to file nomination petitions and supporting documents with the Town Clerk at Town Hall. (Due by 4:30 p.m.)
Register to vote at the office of the Clear Creek County Clerk and Recorder, when you register for a drivers license at Clear Creek County, at Town Hall, or you can request a card to register by mail from Clear Creek County Clerk's office.
